Surfshark One is the better buy if a scam message is your worry. The Email scam checker reads an open Gmail message and says whether it looks like phishing. Scam text protection flags a fraudulent text. Alert tells you when your email or ID turns up in a leak.
Incogni answers the question one step earlier. It sends removal requests to data brokers again and again. Scammers can then buy less material for a targeted message. Incogni names no AI feature of its own and checks no messages at all. Standard (annual) works out at $7.99 a month for Incogni.
Surfshark One costs €2.79 a month over its first term, before VAT. Surfshark One+ adds data removal by Incogni for €4.49 a month. That plan covers people in the EU and in four other regions. Neither side watches your phone for a cloned voice. Surfshark calls voice cloning a threat and stops there.
Incogni promises nothing about it either. Treat an urgent money request from a familiar voice as a warning sign.

Does Surfshark One include Incogni?
Only the One+ plan does. Surfshark One+ adds data removal by Incogni and costs €4.49 a month over the first term. The plain Surfshark One plan leaves that out. Buying Incogni on its own gives you the same removal work without the VPN and the antivirus.
Does Incogni have an AI feature?
No. Incogni names no AI feature of its own. On its own product page it ties the removal work to the age of AI-powered fraud. It also publishes a free ranking of 13 AI chat services on its blog. That ranking is a study and not a product.
Is there a free way to start?
With Incogni there is. Its Exposure Scanner is free and shows where your details already appear. Surfshark has no free version. Its email check, its scam text protection and Alert all start at the Surfshark One plan.
Which one warns me about a data leak?
